Visit to Sg. Sedim Tree Top Walk

Last weekend my college friends suggested to go to sg.sedim. Initially we plan to go on sun and end up going on sat. It was raining cats and dogs since fri nite. When i woke up in the very early morning, it was still raining and i thought that plans will be called off. We went ahead with our plans hoping that the rain will stop when we reach there. We stop by Chai Leng Park for breakfast and head towards sg.sedim. Throughout the journey, the sky doesnt look promising in fact was getting worst than when we were at Kulim town. Finally we were there and it was still raining. Anyway, the rain didnt stop us and it finally stop. We started the tree top walk and by the time we finish, we could see clear blue sky and the bright sunshine. We left for lunch at a nearby place then we head down to Kulim town. It was there that i tasted cendol with pulut. It was a tiring trip as we all woke up very early. Thanks to Wong and SSien for the meals and organizing the trip.

Everyday life in Penang

Few weeks back, a few of us planned to do some shooting around campbell street. The initial plan was for the postcard competition but i was there just to shoot for fun and expose myself to more photoshooting. We had breakfast at the the famous shop that sells roti bakar and wander around the street to shoot. Half way through the photoshoot, i felt a little sick and was not in the mood to shoot. Therefore, i dont really have much photos.

Basketball friendly match

My best friend have asked me to be her "la la toay" to support her fiance-to-be's basketball match. I agreed to go with her since i can also take the opportunity to do some photoshooting. Well, i know that the photos are not that closed up and nice as i dont have an external flash or a better zoom lense to support this fast paced basketball match. Furthermore, i dare not step my foot near to the court having the fear that the ball has no eyes and the players were not able to stop on time as they running in full speed. Moving objects are blur as my shutter speed is not fast enough compare with the moving speed. I tried to adjust the shutter speed but it makes my photos darker when its at a faster shutter speed. Anyway, it is another exposure for me.
